Role Overview
The primary responsibility of a Casual Sales Consultant is to support the store team during busy trading periods, including late trading hours, weekends, and public holidays. You will actively engage customers, understand their needs, and present complete solutions while promoting Apple products and services. This role focuses on providing excellent in-store experiences, helping customers interact with the latest devices, and ensuring that every visitor leaves satisfied. iStore provides all the necessary tools, training, and product knowledge to help you succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities
• Maximising sales opportunities and meeting customer needs through personalised recommendations

Candidate Profile
This position is particularly suited for individuals who are tech-savvy, enjoy interacting with customers, and are eager to learn about Apple products. Previous retail or sales experience is advantageous but not required. A passion for Apple technology, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members are essential for success.
Minimum Requirements
• Completed Matric / Senior Certificate
• A genuine interest in Apple products and technology
• Basic sales experience (advantageous)
• Valid email address and cellphone number for communication and scheduling
