Key Responsibilities

• Advocate for Cotton On Group Foundations and contribute to projects that make a positive difference globally
• Maintain the store’s appearance through merchandising, replenishment, and product presentation
• Collaborate with your team to drive results and achieve store targets
• Support the overall store operations, including customer service, sales transactions, and assisting with stock management

Qualifications and Experience

• A passion for people and retail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential
