Clicks Group, a leading retail pharmacy chain in South Africa, is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist Assistant to join their Kameeldoring Plein branch in the Northern Cape. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service and pharmaceutical care
• Manage stock efficiently, including repacking and inventory control
• Perform accurate dispensary administration and compounding tasks
• Provide general health advice to customers within scope of practice
• Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping, and professional merchandise displays
• Support operational requirements with ad hoc tasks as needed

Qualifications and Experience

• Matric certificate with Mathematics (essential)
• Compliance with Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) requirements for Pharmacist Assistants at various levels: Qualified, Post Basic, or Learner Basic
• Previous pharmacy or healthcare experience is advantageous but not essential

Skills and Attributes

• Strong product knowledge, including over-the-counter and health isle items
• Understanding of SAPC regulations and relevant legal requirements
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
• Ethical, accurate, and detail-oriented in all tasks
• Basic calculation skills and IT literacy, including MS Office and business operating systems
• Team player with integrity and professionalism
