Applications Open for the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) Creative Industry Job Posts (x3). The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) is inviting applications for some creative positions. The positions open, are Graphic Designer, Videographer and Photographer.

Graphic Designer Key Responsibilities

• Design posters, social media graphics, pamphlets, banners and campaign material
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
• Work closely with content creators to develop impactful campaign visuals
• Prepare print-ready artwork where required

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in graphic design or related field.

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in graphic design (portfolio required)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop. Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of branding and visual identity
• Ability to conceptualize and execute campaign material
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Understanding of digital and social media design trends
• Experience in political or campaign design is an added advantage

Videographer Key Responsibilities

• Film and edit EFF events, interviews, community outreach programmes and press conferences.
• Produce engaging short-form and long-form video content for digital platforms
• Assist in Live-streaming key events
• Maintain organized video archives

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience in videography and video production (showreel required)
• Strong understanding of political communication and storytelling
• Proficiency in video editing software (Premier Pro, FinalCut, After Effects etc.)
• Ability to shoot, edit and deliver high quality video content under tight deadlines
• Willingness to travel and work irregular hours
• Knowledge of live streaming and social media video formats is advantageous

Photographer Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality images at EFF events, community programmed, and press briefings.
• Edit and deliver images in promptly for digital and print platforms
• Maintain an organized digital archive of photographic content.
• Work closely with the Communications Team to develop compelling visual narratives.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience in photography (portfolio required).
• Strong understanding of political, event and documentary photography.
• Ability to work irregular hours including weekends.
• Proficiency in photo editing software (Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop,etc.)
• Own professional camera equipment
• Knowledge of social media content trends is ad advantage.
