Eligibility Requirements

• Must hold a retail-related degree or diploma (original certificate required)
• Original Matric certificate
• Unemployed and aged between 20 and 27
• South African citizen
• Commitment to a 12-month internship programme

Programme Overview

This internship focuses on transferring knowledge to store employees and supporting change at the individual level. Key responsibilities include:

• Learning and applying new systems, applications, and products
• Providing on-the-ground support and on-the-job learning
• Encouraging effective dialogue among employees and breaking down communication barriers
• Guiding stores to access learning materials and troubleshooting issues
• Escalating questions, queries, or concerns to relevant leadership
• Building strong relationships with store employees and field leadership teams
• Sharing key store updates, including system changes
