Role Purpose

The Stock Controller is responsible for managing stock allocation, processing receipts, and maintaining accurate records. This role ensures that warehouse operations run smoothly, stock is accurately captured in databases and ERP systems, and month-end stock counts are completed efficiently. Accuracy and reliability are key in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily pick slips and ensure correct stock allocation
  • Process stock receipts and update ERP systems
  • File paperwork according to pick slip registers
  • Update the GRV (Goods Received Voucher) register accurately
  • Assist with stock takes during month-end
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse admin area
  • Support ad hoc duties as required

Qualifications and Experience

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Experience in a warehouse environment is beneficial
  • Data capturing and record-keeping skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • SAP experience is an advantage
