Role Purpose

The Beauty Advisor’s main goal is to deliver service excellence by providing knowledgeable and professional advice on beauty and skincare products. You will promote products, manage merchandise, maintain the department’s appearance, and build customer loyalty while contributing to store sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

As a Beauty Advisor at Clicks, you will:

• Consult with customers and answer product-related questions
• Advise customers in selecting products that meet their needs
• Promote, cross-sell, and up-sell products to achieve sales targets
• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty products, ranges, trends, and promotions
• Execute operational activities including stock management, shrinkage reduction, and general housekeeping
• Ensure in-store visual merchandising and presentation standards are consistently met
• Act as a brand ambassador by delivering friendly, professional service
• Promote the Clicks ClubCard and enroll new members to meet participation targets
• Increase profitability and brand loyalty through the promotion of private label and exclusive products

Qualifications and Experience

• Essential: Grade 12
• Desirable: Relevant beauty or skincare qualification
• Desirable: Experience in beauty, skincare, retail, FMCG, sales, or marketing
