Applications Open for the Allan Gray Accelerate Internship Programme 2026. Allan Gray Accelerate is a fast-paced vacation internship, designed for high achieving students like you. From 7 – 10 July 2026, you’ll have the opportunity to build valuable connections, showcase your skills, tackle real-world challenges and gain firsthand experience in the dynamic world of investments.

Our primary graduate opportunities are in the investment service consultant and operations consultant roles, with intakes opening at intervals during the year. Through this internship, you will also have the chance to learn from seasoned professionals from various teams in our Cape Town office, who are all focused on shaping our worldclass service experience for Allan Gray clients.

Note: Travel arrangements will be made for interns from outside of Cape Town.

Who It Is For

We’re looking for high-performing and independent-minded final-year students who are:

  • Ready to start working full-time in 2027
  • Currently completing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Commerce or Business Science, with specializations in Investments, Finance, Economics and related fields
  • Consistently high academic achievers
  • Eligible to work in South Africa
