Absa Retail and Business Banking (RBB), in partnership with Absa’s Employability Programmes office, are currently recruiting Unemployed Graduates for a Mid-2014 intake (South Africa only).

RBB offers ambitious and driven graduates the opportunity to prosper within our global organization.

Successful candidates will have an opportunity to gain substantial theoretical and practical experience such as:

· Technical knowledge.
· Interpersonal and selling skills.
· Business acumen.
· Entrepreneurial skills

The opportunity is aimed at external candidates (i.e. non-Absa employees) only, who are currently Unemployed Graduates.

Candidates must meet the criteria stipulated below:

Essential/Basic Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

· NQF 5 Diploma/Degree or equivalent in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or Business related fields

· 0-1 Year experience in a Banking, Commercial or Finance related environments (Not essential)
