Control Room Operator Opportunity at Fidelity Services Group Pretoria

Fidelity Services Group in Pretoria is seeking a Control Room Operator to manage and respond to customer inquiries through the WhatsApp platform. This permanent role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to act quickly in emergency and non-emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to emergency and non-emergency signals
• Contact premises, clients, and key holders as needed
• Record all relevant information in activations and report incidents to the senior on duty
• Complete administrative tasks related to signal handling and vehicle violations
• Update timesheets and manage computer and equipment usage
• Report faults to the appropriate authority and ensure company telephones are used appropriately
• Provide telephonic support for client issues, complaints, and alarm system faults
• Record and report sales leads
• Assist with incidents and requests in dedicated LSS areas for both paying clients and non-clients
• Maintain a presence in WhatsApp groups to inform clients and CPF members of Fidelity-ADT operations
• Monitor community groups for emergency requests and ensure prompt dispatch of response vehicles

Qualification & Experience

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Grade C PSIRA registration
• Background in the security industry
