Vacancy: Switchboard Operator

Position has become available for an experienced switchboard Operator

At least 3 years experience as a switchboard Operator is required
Must be friendly, have a energetic telephone voice 
Ensure calls are answered within 3 rings and calls transferred to correct extensions
Ensure messages are taken with accuracy 
Must be well presented and have excellent verbal communication skills
Basic MS Office knowledge

You will work with 2 other switchboard personnel maintaining and controlling a busy switchboard – therefore will be required to get along well with other staff

A monthly salary of R 10,000 is on offer + medical & pension benefits as well as a 13th cheque payable mid December of each year
