Key Responsibilities:
You act as a brand ambassador and deliver a strong customer experience at all times. You identify customer needs and recommend suitable products to exceed expectations. You track sales performance against targets and look for opportunities to grow sales. You sell across a diverse product range and stay informed on current décor and fashion trends. You assist with stock replenishment to ensure the store remains customer ready.
Requirements:
You must have Grade 12. You need strong verbal and written communication skills. You must be passionate about people and customer service. You should be target driven and focused on results. You must manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You should work independently, take initiative, and pay close attention to detail.
