Role Purpose and Overview
Pharmacist Interns are responsible for delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care, safe and accurate dispensing, patient counselling, and stock management. The role integrates clinical learning with retail operations, allowing interns to develop both professional competence and customer service skills.
Key Job Objectives
Interns provide safe dispensing, including generic substitution, within their legal scope of practice. They support daily dispensary operations such as stock management, shrinkage control, housekeeping, and administration. Interns contribute to meeting dispensary and clinic targets, drive customer service initiatives, and work closely with clinics and healthcare partners. Representing Clicks’ values and promoting the brand is also part of the role.
