Vacancy: Personal Assistant
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Screening of calls
- Liaising with internal colleagues and customers
- Diary Management
- Manage and arrange meetings and appointments and prepare all necessary documentation for meetings
- Taking minutes at meetings
- Typing of documentation, letters, proposals, etc.
- Manage database
- Admin management
Skills, Requirements and Experience:
- Matric / Grade 12
- Secretarial Qualification advantageous
- At least 3 years previous secretarial experience
- Attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Proficient English communication skills
- Computer literate: MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Salary Range R9 – R12,000 pm plus company benefits.
