General Assistant Opportunity at Agriland Hermitage
Sentraal-Suid Co-operative Ltd (SSK) is seeking a permanent General Assistant for its Agriland shop in Hermitage, Eastern Cape. This role is ideal for individuals in good physical and mental health who are able to handle physically demanding tasks while supporting daily operations and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Assist with operational actions and physical labour, including lifting heavy items.
- Support risk management initiatives to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide assistance and support to customers as needed.
- Adhere to safety standards and procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
- Reliability and ability to follow instructions.
- Safety-conscious with awareness of workplace safety procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in challenging physical conditions.
