KwaZulu Natal Internship Recruitment Programme 2026 to 2028

The KwaZulu Natal Department of Agriculture and Rural Development has opened applications for a 24 month Internship Recruitment Programme running from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2028. The programme targets unemployed graduates who want practical training and workplace experience in fields with scarce skills. It helps you gain experience that improves your chances of long term employment.

The programme provides on-the-job training, mentorship, and a monthly stipend. You gain exposure to real projects and operational environments, preparing you for future roles in public service or the private sector.

Graduates can apply in agriculture, engineering, science, management, HR, IT, and communications. The full advert lists additional fields. Graduates with disabilities are encouraged to apply as the department promotes inclusivity.

Applications must be submitted to the Provincial, South, or North Service Centres as outlined in the advert. All documents should be submitted before the closing date of 5 December 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.
