Young Professional-in-Training Programme Opportunity at Transnet Kilner Park

Transnet Freight Rail (TFR) is offering a two-year Young Professional-in-Training programme based in Kilner Park, South Africa. This programme targets unemployed South African graduates between the ages of 18 and 35 and provides structured training to develop skills, knowledge, and practical experience in various functional areas. Programme Overview:
Participants will rotate through different departments and depots within TFR, gaining exposure to operational, technical, and administrative functions. The programme is structured to provide practical work experience while enhancing competencies in business understanding, administration, computer skills, and stakeholder engagement. Graduates will build a professional network and receive guidance from experienced mentors.
Requirements:
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (minimum NQF Level 7)
• No prior work experience required
