Sterns Riverside Mall is seeking a Sales Associate (120hr) to join its dynamic team in Mpumalanga. The retailer is looking for energetic and confident individuals who can bring excitement to the brand and create memorable customer experiences.

Role Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will represent Sterns and help customers find the perfect products. You will actively track sales targets, sell a diverse range of items, and stay informed about the latest décor and fashion trends. You will also assist with stock replenishment to ensure the store remains customer-ready at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a brand ambassador while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Identify and offer solutions that exceed customer expectations.
• Monitor sales performance against targets and identify new sales opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of current décor and fashion trends.
• Replenish stock and keep the store organized and visually appealing.

Qualifications and Experience

• Matric (Grade 12) required.
• Previous retail or sales experience is advantageous.
