Applications Open for the Exxaro 2026 Graduate Programme. Exxaro invites graduates to apply for the Graduate Programme / Professionals in Training (PIT) Programme. This is a structured three-year development pathway designed to build technical competence, industry readiness, and leadership potential.
About the Graduate Programme
The opportunity is open to candidates holding an NQF 8 Honours degree in areas including Renewable Energy, Data Sciences, Information Management, Communications, Occupational Hygiene, Financial Accountancy, Mechanical Engineering, and Community Development.
The programme provides meaningful exposure to real operational environments, professional mentoring, and career-focused learning aimed at preparing participants for future roles within the mining and energy sectors
Minimum Entry Requirement
An NQF 8 Honours degree (4-year theoretical qualification) in one of the following fields:
- Renewable Energy – Electrical Engineering, Project Engineering, Environmental degree
- Data Sciences – BSc or BComp specializing in Data Science
- Information Management – Computer Sciences or Information Management degree
- Communications – Relevant degree
- Occupational Hygiene – Relevant degree
- Financial Accountancy – Relevant degree
- Mechanical Engineering – BEng degree
- Community Development – Relevant degree
