Buyile Mdladla Joins House of Zwide. He is definitely is his bagging roles era. There was a time when the talented Buyile Mdladla struggled to get acting gigs. He had no auditions, no call backs, which ultimately meant no work.
The seasoned actor has had his fair share of personal scandals, which saw him get cancelled, in the industry. Case in point, Buyile has also had to endure accusations of abuse and infidelity by his ex-wife. His ex-wife, Carol Mdladla, made the accusation shortly after the couple announced their divorce. Carol also made serious accusations against the actor, saying he physically abused her during their marriage, at one point even beating her with a belt buckle. On top of that, the actor was also accused of having an affair with actress Connie Ferguson back in 2010.
It doesn’t help that most of the roles he has played has been villains everyone would love to hate. Buyile has formerly starred in Uzalo as villain Mthambisi Phakathi. He has also played a villain on so many shows including Blood Legacy, Generations, Muvhango, Hard Copy, Isibaya and so many others. Currently Buyile plays Gabriel on Genesis, still a ruthless character, that will do anything to stay on top.
Now he has bagged yet another role, this time as Mr Zungu on House of Zwide. Her daughter Sbahle is looking for a show stopper dress, for her Matric Dance. They have engaged the services of Onalerona to design the dress. It seems though that Mr Zung has his eyes on Faith Zwide, and there is a potential relationship to look out for.
