Role Overview
The Driver/Cleaner will ensure vehicles are maintained to the highest standards, deliver vehicles to customers safely, and handle vehicle check-ins efficiently. This role requires reliability, responsibility, and a commitment to upholding Europcar’s quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors to company standards.
• Conduct quality control checks, reporting any issues such as expired licenses or vehicle defects.
• Refuel vehicles and check tyre pressure, oil, water, and other fluids after every rental.
• Deliver vehicles to customers following company procedures.
• Handle vehicle check-ins according to quality control and claims procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the yard and surrounding areas.
• Uphold company integrity by behaving ethically and protecting business and customer assets.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification.
• Valid, unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant driving experience.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Fully bilingual, able to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to read maps.
• Flexibility to work weekends, shifts, or overtime as required.
