Job Purpose
You will help ensure smooth store operations and deliver high-quality customer experiences. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to upholding adidas store policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to every shopper.
- Process sales transactions using cash, credit, and other payment methods.
- Assist with ticketing, stock checks, and verifying merchandise paperwork.
- Support stock flow between the storeroom and sales floor.
- Help set up and maintain merchandise displays.
- Learn and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Use sales techniques to promote add-on sales and product knowledge.
- Greet and assist customers in finding the right products.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards.
- Safeguard company assets and follow operational policies.
Skills and Experience
