Job Purpose
As a Sales Associate, you will serve as a brand ambassador, delivering excellent customer experiences while supporting store operations. Your focus will be on helping customers, maintaining store readiness, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Markham and provide outstanding customer service.
• Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Track sales performance and work to exceed targets.
• Sell a diverse product range while staying updated on décor and fashion trends.
• Seek opportunities for new sales.
• Replenish stock to ensure the store is fully prepared for customers at all times.

Qualifications and Experience

• Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
