Applications Open for the Sasol Administration Learnership Programme X50 Posts (For People Living with Disabilities). Sasol is offering 50 Administration Learnership positions across three provinces as part of its commitment to inclusion, empowerment, and employment equity.

About the Programme

  • This 12-month fixed-term programme provides participants with a unique opportunity to gain valuable administrative experience while obtaining a National Qualifications Framework (NQF)-aligned certificate.
  • Learners will benefit from both classroom-based theoretical training (about 400 hours) and on-the-job practical experience within Sasol’s business environment. The programme is designed to develop essential professional, technical, and interpersonal skills for sustainable employment.

Programme Overview

This learnership aims to empower People Living with Disabilities through structured development that combines theoretical learning and practical workplace experience. Learners will be placed in inclusive environments with accessibility features, mentorship, and tailored support.

Key Learning Modules:

  • Entrepreneurship: Innovation and small business management.
  • Business Operations: Organizational efficiency and workflow optimization.
  • Customer Service: Client relations and communication skills.
  • Business Accounting: Budgeting and financial literacy.
  • Maths Literacy: Applied numerical problem-solving.
  • Communication Skills: Professional writing and presentation.
  • Computer Skills: MS Office, email systems, and digital tools.

Responsibilities During Practical Training

  • Assist in document management and administrative coordination.
  • Support meetings, scheduling, and task tracking.
  • Perform data entry and report generation.
  • Handle customer service queries and departmental support.
  • Contribute to compliance and record keeping efforts.

Entry Requirements

Minimum Qualification:

  • Matric / Grade 12 certificate

Preferred:

  • Diploma in Administration or Business-related field

Experience:

  • 0–1 year of experience (ideal for new entrants)

Other Criteria:

  • Programme is exclusive to People Living with Disabilities.
  • Must commit to full-time participation for 12 months.
  • Applicants should reside near Sandton, Sasolburg, or Secunda (relocation support may be considered).
