Motus Corporation is hiring a Picker Packer for Kia South Africa (Pty) Ltd at its Germiston branch in Gauteng. This is a permanent, entry-level role within the automotive supply chain. The position was posted on October 9, 2025, with applications closing on October 16, 2025.
Job Purpose
The Picker Packer will manage the receiving, storing, and delivery of parts within the warehouse. The role ensures stock is accurately binned, picked, and distributed to relevant areas while following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Key Responsibilities
- Receive parts and consignments, then bin them in allocated warehouse areas.
- Pick and deliver parts daily to relevant departments.
- Plan and organise daily tasks to meet performance targets.
- Provide daily feedback on task completion to support decision-making.
- Check stock levels using system-generated cycle counts and report discrepancies.
- Re-bin stock according to system movements to optimise warehouse layout.
- Identify routine operational problems and escalate unresolved issues.
- Deliver tasks according to agreed performance targets and service level agreements.
- Ensure vehicles are maintained in excellent condition when transporting goods.
- Execute driving tasks safely and in compliance with legal regulations.
- Maintain governance and compliance in all work activities.
- Attend training and perform tasks to continuously improve quality and efficiency.
- Uphold company values and deliver excellent service to internal and external customers.
Qualifications and Experience
- 0-1 years of experience in a similar environment.
- Higher Certificates or Advanced National (Vocational) Certificates with NQF Level 4.
- Valid South African driver’s license.
