Role Overview

The Sales Associate acts as a brand ambassador, representing Sterns and ensuring customers receive excellent service. The role involves engaging customers, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Sales Associates also maintain stock levels, track sales performance, and stay updated with the latest décor and fashion trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 (Matric) is required.
