Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be a South African citizen.
- Be aged 18 to 34.
- Hold a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent. A post-matric certificate or programme is also accepted.
- Should not have been employed permanently with a single employer for more than 1 year.
- Should not be studying full time in 2025.
- Should not have previously participated in the YES initiative.
Applicants will go through a recruitment process. Those who are successful will be placed in Eskom’s operations for the duration of the contract.
