About the Programme
The Shoprite Trainee Accountant Programme provides hands-on experience across the business. Trainees receive on-the-job training tailored to their individual development needs. Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Final year student enrolled in a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting (PGDA), Certificate in Theory of Accounting (CTA), or Honours in Accounting at a SAICA-accredited university.
- Graduates with Honours in Accounting, PGDA, or CTA, who are eligible to write or have passed the SAICA Initial Test of Competence (ITC) exam.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- High standard of professional ethics and integrity.
