Good News! DJ Chymamusique Out of ICU. After any speculations regarding his health state, DJ Chymamusique, real name Collen Mmotla has shared the much needed update. There has been reports doing the rounds on social media that he has passed away. The truth is Chymamusique is alive, and recovering well.
Over a week ago, Chymamusique was involved in a horrific accident on the N1 near Ysterberg Mountain. The accident left him in a critical condition, and medical teams have been working tirelessly to stabilize him.
Through his social media pages, the musician has shared that he has had four operations, and all of them have been successful. There is still has one outstanding operation though. He is also out of intensive care unit, which is great news. Chymamusique thanked everyone for their prayers and support, through the difficult experience.
Sadly the accident claimed the life of fellow artist and close friend, DJ Poizen, who he traveled with. Funds are currently being raised for the DJ’s burial. A family of four also unfortunately lost their lives to the accident. On the statement Chymamusique also paid tribute to DJ Poizen and the other four people, who lost their lives in the accident.
