The talented actress is all about wellness, and inspiring others. But one can’t pour from an empty cup. Mona has now decided to put her needs first, before anything. At 35 years of age, Mona sees that time waits for no man, and she has to fully be in the moment.

I carried so much shame for so long that I now, at 35, cannot allow myself to keep being palatable or a people-pleaser. Time is not guaranteed and I must live fully in the present moment I’ve been given 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 whether I’m right or wrong, growth corrects that in the journey of life and it’s the experience that is meant to be enjoyed.
There are billions of us on this planet, not everyone will like me and I am very okay with that because for the first time in my life I can honestly say I am at peace with who I am❤️🙏🏾
