Job Summary:

Studio 88 is seeking an experienced Community Manager to join our Marketing Division on a Fixed-Term Contract. The successful candidate will support community engagement initiatives and strengthen our brand presence online.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing Division
  • Act as a support agent, handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback
  • Manage and grow online communities through social media platforms

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a digital marketing environment
  • 1–2 years’ experience managing online communities via social media
  • Familiarity with various social media tools and platforms
  • Prior experience in customer service/support is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills to engage effectively with community members
  • Active Listening: Ability to understand and respond to community concerns and feedback
  • Customer Service: Delivering professional and timely support
  • Community Building: Developing strategies to grow and nurture online communities
