Siv, is the co-founder of Menstruation Foundation ZA, an organization he uses to advocate for menstrual health and hygiene. The foundation is the largest non-profit distributor of free sanitary pads in Africa, focusing on dignified, sustainable impact through their Sanitary Pad Dispensing Machine. A year ago, the multi-award-winning actor, comedian, TV presenter, MC, and producer announced the launch of his own sanitary products brand.
A few months back, Siv announced that he was now producing his own sanitary pads. The dream has been a decade in the making, and now it has become a reality. His factory is up and running, with the first batch of sanitary pads already made. Siv went through all sorts of emotions, when he held the first pad produced in his own factory. His blood and sweat has finally yielded results. He wishes his late mother could have been here to see his biggest achievement by far.
