Lebohang Raputsoe Finishes Top 24 At Miss Supranational 2025. Miss Supranational 2025 took place Friday evening in Malopolska, Poland. Eduard Braum from Brazil was crowned the queen at the prestigious event. In 2nd position was Germany’s Anna Valencia Lakrini, 3rd position went to Curacao’s Quishantely Leito, 4th position went to Philippines Tara Valencia, whereas Puerto Rico’s Valerie Klepadlo took number 5.
South Africa was also among the countries who took part in Miss Supranational 2025. The country was represented by Lebohang Raputsoe, a renowned beauty queen. Since being announced as SA’s rep less than a month ago, Lebo worked tirelessly to prepare herself for the pageant. She did media rounds, posted on her social media platforms, and worked on everything necessary to take on the stage. Everyone who followed her journey, can vouch that Lebo put in the work.
The new director of Miss Supranational South Africa, Bokang Montjane-Tshabalala was also proud of Lebo’s journey to the last day. The former Miss SA and entrepreneur has also been accompanying Lebo to some of her interviews. It was heartwarming to see Bokang flying to Poland to show support her first Miss Supranational, since taking the director’s seat. Taking to Instagram, she wished our queen the best, just hours before she walked the ramp.
Lebo was among the top contenders, and social media polls saw her as a possible winner. She was placed Top 24, and didn’t proceed to the next stage. No other African contestant went to the next stage. This, however, is such a huge accomplishment, considering Lebo only had three weeks to prepare for the pageant. She leaves with her head held up high, knowing that she did her absolute best.
