Nandi Madida Celebrates A Major Milestone With Africa Now Radio. Two years back, Nandi Madida bagged herself a cool radio gig. She joined Apple Music’s Africa Now Radio, as their newest host. Nandi took over the reigns from media personality Loot Love, who hosted the show since 2021. Loot Love was taking over from Nigerian muso DJ Cuppy, who hosted the show since its inception in 2020.
Nandi has done amazing things since her tenure with Africa Now Radio. The award winning musician and media personality has set down with the likes of Mr Eazi, Nasty C, Burna Boy, Nkosazana Daughter, Odumodu Blvck, Kizz Daniel, and Seyi Vibez among others. One of her most iconic interviews was with her Grammy award winning husband, Zakes Bantwini. The interview was conducted at the couple’s home, and Nandi regarded at as her best interview of 2023.
Nandi recently marked 100 episodes with Apple Music. Her colleagues threw her a surprise party to mark the milestone. How cool is it that Zakes Bantwini also made part of the festivities. Reacting to the gesture, Nandi thanked Apple Music team and expressed how blessed she felt. She also appreciated her colleagues, sending them love.
