About the Job

• The organization has a career opportunity for a Production Administration Clerk at Glen Elgin Farm in the Grabouw area.
• This position will report to the Area Manager of Glen Elgin Farm.
• The successful incumbent will be a self-confident team player who has a strong customer focus and ability to work effectively in a pressurized environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administration and capturing of the Time Management System
• Capture and process all production data
• Ensuring that all personnel records are kept up to date
• Administration of the wage employment contracts and leave

Education and Experience:

• Grade 12 / NQF4
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience in an administrative position
