Actress Lwazilubanzi Mthembu Is Officially Off the Market. Definitely the celebrity wedding season is far from over. So far the likes of Anele Mdoda, Zozibini Tunzi, Natasha Joubert, Candice Modiselle and The Funny Chef have taken their relationships to the next level, with epic wedding celebrations.
Another celebrity has just joined the chats. Lwazilubanzi Mthembu has just taken to social media to announce that she got married. The talented actress, looked all sorts of gorgeous for her traditional wedding. Fellow actresses among them Nelisiwe Faith Sibiya, Winnie Ntshaba, Lesego Khoza and Shalate Sekhabi all wishes Lazwi well in her new journey.
“Basically, there were 🐄🐄🐄 and a 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾 and now there are talks of me changing my last name 🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️. Men just doing the right thing these days. Wives are up yall!!!,” she gushed.
The talented actress is known for her role as Nomsa in e.tv’s telenovela House Of Zwide. Lwazi however, started acting during her university life. She performed in many theatre plays such as; Aqua Mine directed by Gys de Villiers, Once Upon a Life at the Wits Theatre and By the Apricot Trees.
In 2013, she made television debut with the SABC1 anthology drama serial Intersexions, where she played a supportive role of “nurse”. After graduation, he joined with the fifth season of the e.tv anthology series eKasi: Our Stories and the played the role “Lala”. Then in 2014, she made a guest role in the e.tv romantic comedy-drama serial Mzansi Love.
In 2015 she made a lead role “Sihle” in the SABC1 television sitcom Thandeka’s diary. The role became very popular where she played the role in three seasons until 2019. In 2016, she was invited to play the role “Nurse” in final episodes of the Mzansi Magic soapie Zabalaza. She recently bagged a role on hit film, A Scam Called Love, where she plays Oluhle.
Apart from acting, Lwazi is also a singer and is the vocalist for the band, “About That Life”.
