Tweeps React to the Prizes of Food At DJ Sbu’s Online Restaurant. Just recently launched a new business venture, Mzakes’ Kitchen. The one of a kind online restaurant sells African traditional inspired fast foods such as Kota, chips, chicken wings, wraps, short ribs, lamb chops, platters and so forth. Since there is no physical restaurant, the food will available on Uber Eats.
Mzakes’ Kitchen starting its operation on Easter weekend in Johannesburg. Before then, the restaurant had its very first pop-up, at the Radio 2000 Family Day. The event was quite successful, and it looked like customers really enjoyed the food. For those interested in buying franchises, DJ Sbu announced that the arrangement will be made on 1st April 2026.
Mzakes’ Kitchen might be new in the market, but it’s taking the industry by storm. As it is the case with every other business, there is something that has got people talking, Many are not happy with the prizes at this particular business, stating that they are a bit steep. For example, Amakopososh Platter for 10 goes for R1 249, 00. They feel that the media personality, musician and entrepreneur is using people to get rich. There are those, however, who don’t have a problem with the prizes, more so looking at the fact that the platters are for large groups.
