Bongile Mantsai Returns to Scandal! Mthunzi Mayiza is by far one of the most ruthless villains to ever grace the small screen. The man behind the role is none other than multi-award winning veteran actor Bongile Mantsai.
Mthunzi started off as charismatic and charming, but also a chameleon who quickly changes colours depending on what he needs from people. He was hell bent on getting revenge, that he inflicted pain on anyone. His last appearance on Scandal! saw him going to jail for the crimes he has done. Now he is out of prison and is determined to get what he feels belongs to him.
Mantsai carried the role so well, many viewers were even convinced he is that conniving in real life. Although he an Mthunzi are opposites, Mantsai, has often been judged by the public for the role. This is not new for actors cast as villains.
The man is back to reprise the iconic Mthunzi role. Scandal! took to social media to share the news to viewers, who are more than happy.

Mantsai has played quite a villain roles and he nails them all the time. He did so on shows such as Gqeberha: The Empire, Number Number: Jozi Gold, Blood Psalms, Grootman & Sons and The Republic .
