Job Summary
Unemployed Learnership Virtual Financial Advisor opportunity, incumbent must have completed a Diploma in finance, advantage and preference if any Financial planning qualifications or even RE5 certification is obtained. Learnership will start 1 April 2025 for 12 months.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Service Delivery Focus:
- Assist in the activation, conversion, and fulfillment of sales for both new and existing customers.
- Provide high-quality, personalized service to enhance customer relationships.
Sales Conclusion and Activation:
- Utilize financial knowledge to ensure a smooth sales process and address customer sales-related queries efficiently.
Customer Experience Management:
- Engage with customers to enhance their experience and manage transactional activities effectively.
- Analyze and report trends for continuous improvement in customer service.
Risk and Governance Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to National Credit Act (NCA), Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA), and Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services (FAIS) legislation.
- Investigate and escalate credit and fraud referrals as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must have completed a Diploma in Finance.
- Preference will be given to candidates with financial planning qualifications or RE5 certification.
