KNOWLEDGE COMPETENCIES
- At least 1 year administrative experience
- General administrative duties
- Matric / NQF Level 4 (Typing with 40 words per minute)
- Must be able to carry out administrative work accurately and timeously
- Must be able to read, write and speak fluently in English
- Must be able to use a computer effectively and understand and utilise the following, software: (Meditech system, Ms Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must have advanced numerical skills
- Must have professional telephone etiquette
BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES
- Ensure that departmental goals are achieved and prioritize tasks effectively between routine tasks and urgent unscheduled work requests
- Must be able to relate effectively with all clients and build effective relationships with all clients
- Must be able to work as part of a team
- Must be able to work under extreme pressure
- Must be assertive and excellent interpersonal skills
- Must have a high level of attention to detail
- Must have an understanding of Quality and Accreditation requirements
- Must have good planning, organising and controlling skills
- Systematic and organised execution of tasks
- Well developed practical problem solving skills and decision making skills
GENERAL
- 40 hours per week
- Own transport & Drivers valid drivers licence
