KNOWLEDGE COMPETENCIES

 

  • At least 1 year administrative experience
  • General administrative duties
  • Matric / NQF Level 4 (Typing with 40 words per minute)
  • Must be able to carry out administrative work accurately and timeously
  • Must be able to read, write and speak fluently in English
  • Must be able to use a computer effectively and understand and utilise the following, software: (Meditech system, Ms Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Must have advanced numerical skills
  • Must have professional telephone etiquette

 

BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES

 

  • Ensure that departmental goals are achieved and prioritize tasks effectively between routine tasks and urgent unscheduled work requests
  • Must be able to relate effectively with all clients and build effective relationships with all clients
  • Must be able to work as part of a team
  • Must be able to work under extreme pressure
  • Must be assertive and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must have a high level of attention to detail
  • Must have an understanding of Quality and Accreditation requirements
  • Must have good planning, organising and controlling skills
  • Systematic and organised execution of tasks
  • Well developed practical problem solving skills and decision making skills

 

GENERAL

 

  • 40 hours per week
  • Own transport & Drivers valid drivers licence
