Sadly, there are always unsolicited comments on other people’s weigh gain, weight loss and physical appearance. Normally these comments are hurtful, as they are said with other people around, who sometimes laugh at the individual spoken about. This has made so many people to loathe going home during festive holidays.
Nandi Madida has urged everyone to try exercise kindness this festive season. The award winning musician, media personality and actress advised that we should not comment on people’s bodies and aesthetics, when they come home for festive. She advocates for spreading love and gratitude, over being judgemental.
“Dear family members can we all agree not to comment on other family members weight or aesthetics in general when they comeback home for the festive season? Can we just love each other and be grateful that we all get to see another festive season,” Nandi wrote.
