Simphiwe Tshabalala Reacts to Seeing A Tattoo of Himself On A Fan
Simphiwe Tshabalala Reacts to Seeing A Tattoo of Himself On A Fan. Now this is one of the greatest honors! Quite often, people tattoo faces and names of their loved ones on themselves. On some occasions though, people tattoo names and pictures of their favorite personalities.
Just recently, one individual tattooed themself a picture of Simphiwe Tshabalala scoring that iconic opening goal, in the 2010 World Cup. They also added the quote, “The 2010 goal was bigger than me, It was a goal for all South Africans and Africans.” Indeed, the goals was special, and had many firsts to it, including being the first ever South African world cup goal.
Because of that goal, Simphiwe inked himself in the history books. 14 years later, he is still being celebrated, as it’s the case with fan, who got the tattoo. Reacting to the tattoo gesture, Simphiwe is grateful for the honor, and also gave credit to the tattoo artist.
“This is absolutely beautiful ππππ
Big shoutout to the artist @lilyinksa who did this beautiful tattoo to a client ππΎππΎππΎππΎ
HONOUR ππΎ,” Shabba gushed.
This is not unusual in South Africa, for fans to honor their stars. A few years ago, a loyal AKA fan uploaded a tattoo Supa Mega across his chest, and of course, AKA approved of it. Immediately after that, one staunch fan of Cassper also showed off a tattoo of Family Tree on his body, much to his idol’s appreciation.
