Winnie Ntshaba Sets Her Eyes On Bagging this Major Award

Winnie Ntshaba Sets Her Eyes On Bagging this Major Award. The award season is upon us. One of the awards ceremonies we are looking forward to is the Briefly News Entertainment Awards 2024. These awards recognize and award the most brilliant South African entertainers.

One of the nominees this year is Winnie Ntshaba, who is battling it out in the Best Actress category. The veteran actress is competing with other industry greats, Cindy Dlathu, Deli Malinga, Linda Sebezo and Dawn Thandeka King. This is a tight category, as all these women are great at what they do. It’s all in the fans, to see which one they are giving it to.

As the saying goes, ‘Ask and you will be given,’ Winnie is pleading with fans to help her win. Taking to her social media, she has shared that she need votes, to bag the prestigious award. Winnie made a name for herself when she bagged the role of Khethiwe Buthelezi on Generations. After leaving the soap, in 2017 she made appearances on Mzansi magic “The Road”, and MTV’s Shuga.

In 2018, after a three-year hiatus from the screen, Winnie returned on TV, as the lead character on Mzansi Magic hit drama The Herd, playing the role of Mam’Ngadi. She has a role on Isithembiso as Mam’Lihle Palesa’s mom. Currently, Winnie is doing an amazing job on House of Zwide, where she plays the role of Faith Zwide.

In 2013, Ntshaba launched a soapie award ceremony called the Royalty Soapie Awards. The first ceremony took place at the Durban International Convention Centre on 2 November 2013.

Yours truly is nominated in the Actress of the Year category for the @brieflynews awards….
