DJ Sbu Redeems Himself After Criticizing A Street Vendor for Not Selling MoFaya. He is one celebs who knows very well how brutal social media can be. In so many onstances, DJ Sbu has found himself trending for all the wrong reasons. These includes his work relationship with the late Zahara, his support for Adetshina Chidimma among other reasons.
This time around, Sbu has landed in hot water for how he treated a street vendor. The celebrated media personality, DJ and entrepreneur recently shared a video of himself trying to buy MoFaya energy drink from a street vendor. Unfortunately the man did not have i in stock, and Sbu was not impressed with his hustle. He then drove off, after flashing a R200 note in the vendor’s face. This did not sit well with social media users, who feel Sbu was being rude. Some even stated that he looks down on other people’s hustles simply because they don’t sell MoFaya.
Seeing himself trend on social media Sbu complained that people like dragging him for no reason. This did not help his case, as many directed him to the street vendor video. They also threatening to boycott MoFaya. Sbu then used his entrepreneurial skill, to win back the people. He went back to the vendor, and gave him some cases of MoFaya. He also gave him R200 just to boost him.
