Mia Le Roux Pulls Out From Miss Universe Pageant, Here Is Why
Mia Le Roux Pulls Out From Miss Universe Pageant, Here Is Why. She has been doing absolutely amazing thus far, and there was hope she was going to end somewhere with the Miss Universe competition. Sadly our Miss South Africa has pulled from the pageant, and we won’t get to see her do her thing on the main stage.
Just a few days before the finale, Mia Le Roux has pulled out of Miss Universe competition. This according to an official statement is because of some health complications. An updated statement revealed that Mia, because of her condition within the past two weeks has been suffering from severe vertigo. Since deafness affects balance, she has been battling with vertigo for some time now.
Many who have been following the pageant complained that Mia was not featured as much as other contestants on Miss Universe social media pages. This could be because of her deaf fatigue, which she opened up about a few days ago. Explaining the condition, Mia said, it comes because as a deaf individual she has to concentrate so much harder on listening and following what is happening. Mia had to take a est day, so she comes back better and stronger. Sadly, it looks like it went to a point where she had to withdraw from Miss Universe competition.
Mia has beat the odds by winning Miss SA 2024, despite her condition. She gave hope to differently abled people that they too can achieve great things. Her participating in Miss Universe was definitely a game changer. It was going to be historic, should she have won the prestigious crown.
