This past Saturday Priddy Ugly’ won himself ‘s album DUST, was announced the Best Hip Hop Album at the South African Music Awards. The album was battling it out against, Note To Self – FLVME, I Love It Here – Nasty C, People Forget To Be People (Deluxe) – Wordz, and Heartbreak Hotel – The Big Hash.
As soon as he was announced the winner, his wife Bontle Modiselle jumped onto the stage with him. It was evident that he has her fully support. The media personality, actress and choreographer shared a picture of her and hubby at the SAMAs, gushing over his win. Now these are epic marriage goals.
“A SAMA Award Winner 🏆 and his No.1 Supporter! ❤️,” Bontle said.
Priddy has been in the music industry for 17 years, but it’s only in recent years that he gets the recognition he so deserves. Accepting his award, Priddy stated that it was an emotional moment for him. This is because DUST was meant to be his last offering to the music industry. Now he can see that he is still very much needed and has a lot to offer.
