Application Open for National Youth Development Agency Board Position. A call to all young people for an opportunity to serve on the National Youth Development Agency Board.
Requirements
As per the National Youth Development Agency Amendment Act (No. 11 of 2024), the candidates must be:
- Be a South African citizens between the ages of 18 and 35 years.
- Have relevant knowledge, expertise, experience or qualifications in the following;
- Youth development.
- Social development.
- Financial field.
- Legal or any other field considered necessary for advancement of the Agency’s mandate.
- Be allowed to finish their term of office, if they turn 35 years whilst in office.
- Be committed to advance the vision, mission, goal, objectives, values and principles as enunciated in the National Youth Policy.
Nominations or applications must contain the full name, address/email address and contact details of the person or organization making nomination. They should also have a signed acceptance of the nomination by the nominee including the nominator.
