There are rumors that Musa won the lotto a couple of years back. He is believed to be the mysterious doctor who won R32 million in a Powerball jackpot in 2022. The unnamed doctor is said to have bought his lottery ticket for R30 on 7 November via his Capitec banking app. Upon winning, the doctor reportedly planned to continue serving the community and go spend some of the cash on holiday.

Whether that is true or not, no one can deny the fact that Musa works hard. He has just revealed that, he also studied Accounting. This led him to banking and private equity, and now he is running a firm.

“In a parallel universe I studied accounting at university and I ended up in investment banking and private equity. I run a private equity firm and sit on random boards,” Musa said.
