Lerato Nxumalo Shares Her Goals As She Celebrates A Major YouTube Milestone. Many of our celebrities are now social media influencers. In actual fact, a number of them started off with a huge following online, and this helped them to penetrate the entertainment industry at a larger scale.
One can think of Lerato Nxumalo. She is well known as a talented actress, who has been on a number shows. Lerato is popular for playing the beautiful and focused medical intern, Dr Luthuli on Durban Gen. During the lockout, Lerato posted a self-tape to Durban Gen, and soon after, she got a call inviting her to come in for an audition.
She has also played Mpumi Cele in the 1Magic serial Lingashoni, and in April 2023 Lerato bagged the role of Phakamile Mdletshe in Scandal!. Phakamile, was a strong willed young woman, who did everything to provide for herself and her siblings.
On top of acting, Lerato is into vlogging. Her YouTube channel, Life With Lerato, is currently sitting at over 60k subscribers, and grows by the minute. To celebrate the milestone, she took to Instagram expressing her gratitude. She thanked each and every subscriber and those who watch her videos. Lerato is looking at growing her channel to the extend of getting a Silver Button Plaque. This is an award given to the channels that reach or surpass 100,000 subscribers. Looking at Lerato’s work ethic, she will soon reach it.
