Purpose of the Role:
The selected Part-Time Interpreters will play a crucial role in assisting CCMA Commissioners and various structures by providing interpreter services. These services are essential in ensuring the successful outcomes of CCMA activities, such as hearings and other proceedings.
Key Performance Areas:
- Verbal Interpretations During Hearings: Provide accurate and clear interpretation services during CCMA hearings to ensure effective communication between all parties involved.
- Administrative Support Functions: Assist with various administrative duties as required to support the smooth functioning of CCMA activities.
Key Requirements:
- Educational Qualifications:
- Matric Certificate
- National Diploma in a Labour-Related Qualification
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
- Knowledge:
- Familiarity with the latest legislation and amendments in labor law.
Language Requirements:
- Position 1 (Emalahleni): Proficiency in Afrikaans, Sepedi, and IsiZulu.
- Position 2 (Secunda): Proficiency in IsiZulu and Sesotho.
